THE PROBLEM
Migrants, internationally qualified professionals and disadvantaged people can face isolation, underemployment, unfamiliar systems, cultural barriers and difficulty accessing opportunities and support.

Migrants, diverse communities, families, men facing wellbeing pressures, employers and local partners across Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell and Birmingham.
WHAT CIRC DELIVERS
Community outreach, employability and workplace-readiness workshops, mentoring, community learning, wellbeing awareness, signposting, civic engagement, research and cross-sector partnerships. Wellbeing support is non-clinical.
