Community Integration & Recovery Centre (CIRC) C.I.C. is committed to transparent, accountable and legally compliant governance. As a Community Interest Company, we operate in accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the Community Interest Company framework, our governing documents and applicable UK data protection, safeguarding and equality law.
The policies below explain how CIRC protects personal information, safeguards participants, manages organisational decisions and works with suppliers and partners. They form part of our governance and due-diligence framework and are reviewed regularly to reflect changes in law, regulation, risk and organisational activity.
These documents are provided for transparency. The Data Processing Agreement is a template and must be completed for each relevant supplier, processor or commissioned arrangement.
