Funding and Due Diligence

ORGANISATIONAL OVERVIEW — CIRC C.I.C. strengthens community integration, social inclusion and opportunity. We support migrants, internationally qualified professionals and others experiencing disadvantage to build connections, overcome barriers and participate more fully in community life across the West Midlands.

CIC REGISTRATION — Active Community Interest Company; company number 17079079; incorporated 9 March 2026; registered office 81 Tempest Street, Wolverhampton, England, WV2 1AA.

GOVERNING DOCUMENTS — Incorporation and governing documents are available through Companies House; approved internal policies can be supplied during due diligence.

SAFEGUARDING — CIRC is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk. Concerns are handled promptly, proportionately and confidentially, with referral to statutory or emergency services when required. Contact admin@circcic.com; in immediate danger call 999.

EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION — We welcome people of all backgrounds, oppose unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation, make reasonable adjustments where practicable, and involve people with lived experience.

CLINICAL BOUNDARIES — CIRC provides non-clinical early intervention, community engagement, education, signposting and support connection. We do not diagnose, prescribe, provide therapy or replace NHS, emergency or statutory services. In immediate danger call 999; for urgent mental-health support in England call NHS 111 and select the mental-health option.

CIC REPORT AND ACCOUNTS — Incorporated March 2026; first accounts made up to 31 March 2027 and due 9 December 2027. The latest accounts and CIC report will be linked when available.

THEORY OF CHANGE — Trusted information, practical skills, supportive relationships and clear routes to services and opportunities improve confidence, wellbeing, employability, participation and belonging. Cross-sector partnership improves coordination and reduces duplication, contributing to inclusive, connected and resilient communities.

IMPACT FRAMEWORK — Inputs: staff, volunteers, lived experience, partnerships, funding and community knowledge. Activities: outreach, workshops, mentoring, training, advocacy, events and signposting. Outputs: people engaged, sessions delivered, referrals and partnerships created, resources shared. Outcomes: improved knowledge, confidence, connection, access to support, progression into learning, employment, volunteering or appropriate services, and stronger partner coordination. Long-term impact: reduced isolation and inequality, improved participation and stronger social cohesion.

MONITORING — reach, participation, referrals, completion, progression, participant feedback, wellbeing and confidence indicators, partnership activity and case studies.
